By using Quoram AI you agree to these terms. If you're using Quoram on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent you have authority to do so.
Account terms
You're responsible for keeping credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must comply with applicable real estate, telecom, and consumer-protection laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment, no use of Quoram to contact people who have not opted in. No reverse engineering, no scraping, no resale without written consent.
AI accuracy
Quoram is an AI assistant. Outputs may be imperfect and should be supervised. You are responsible for any binding commitments made to your leads.
Intellectual property
You own your data and your conversations. We own the Quoram platform, models, and brand.
Fees
Subscription and performance fees are described in your order form. Past-due balances may suspend service.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. We may suspend immediately for abuse.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
Delaware, USA, excluding conflicts-of-law rules.
