Overview
Quoram AI ("Quoram", "we", "us") provides an AI sales assistant for real estate teams. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, brokerage, billing.
- Lead conversation data: messages exchanged between your leads and Quoram across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- CRM data: lead records, statuses, agent assignments — synced bi-directionally with your CRM.
- Usage telemetry: anonymized product usage to improve reliability.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the service, generate AI responses, sync with your CRM, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not train our base models on your customer conversations.
Third-party services
We use sub-processors for hosting, telephony, email delivery, and CRM integrations (e.g. Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, Lofty, Salesforce, HubSpot). A full list is available on request.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@quoram-ai.com.
Retention
Conversation data is retained for the life of your account plus 90 days, unless deletion is requested earlier.
